I don't know even what the litigation is about.
I know we are counter claiming for 3 mill but the opponents are suing for 36 million which would truly put a hole in our assets.
I assume we are covered by insurance when you say we are fully provisioned for!?

Yes, we have all been wrong before.
MPO has traded undercash held before in 2011 when we had 90 million cash and look what happened! :(

This feels different though as we have curtailed spending and focussed on selling.
