"The affirmative absent proxy vote was 94%". That ignores the fact that no stated preference is taken to be an affirmative proxy vote. I'd say most absentees didn't bother returning a form.
Liking the look of the market depth today. I reckon there's a good chance a number of people waiting at the bottom of the queue at .10 will stop dreaming and amend their orders higher.
