@hoofa. We have to remember that Connexion is the only competitor in this niche that is publicly listed. As such, competitors can see everything that CXZ releases to the market, yet Connexion does not have anywhere near the same level of insight in reverse.
Unlike in B2C, stealth is highly valuable in B2B. In fact, it is a necessity until the company has a more diversified set of customers.
Personally, I'm grateful that Connexion is choosing to release quarterly reports to the market because, given its profitable track record, the company is not actually obliged to report quarterly. Unlike the vast majority of microcaps (let alone $13M MC businesses!), they aren't required to release quarterly reports due to their CF+ nature. Anyone who reaches out to the company respectfully with a reasonable set of questions will find that the company is very willing to oblige with investor comms.
Aaryn is new to the role, we need to give the company time to let execution on the growth strategy take place. I think retail investors are unfairly assessing CXZ and mud-slinging management and need to have a longer-term horizon to give the company time to execute on its strategy. Short term catalysts may arrive faster than one might expect and will push the share price back to 2-3c (re-signing GM, NEDs, investor roadshows, etc.), but it is the long term strategic execution that is what will lead CXZ to 5c+ over time (signing multiple OEMs, ecosystem integration etc.)
A staggering statistic I read recently was that 140,231 new ASX investors made their first direct share purchases between 24 February and 3 April last year (Source: ASIC). New investors sometimes confuse the long term nature of investments (tracking underlying business performance) with short-term share price fluctuations and allow it to influence their attitudes and emotions, often in a negative way.
