I have been watching this play out with interest for a little while now and if it wasn’t for the lack of transparency, poor communication and suspicious behaviour from management I would call this an asymmetric bet (which it still may be if their contract is renewed).
In my opinion the shareholders are the owners of this business and deserve to be treated more candidly then they have been.A good business does not require good management however long term I believe a good investment does. CXZ management and board have all but been asking for mutiny from their shareholders.
Good luck to all the holders, you deserve better in my opinion, hopefully management pulls the finger out and realise they are running a publicly traded company.
