would have thought with these company changing MOU's and raising a whole bunch of bucks through a quality broker we'd see some movement in the substantial shareholders, ie like a new supportive one? doesn't seem to have transpired, presume directors didn't take any up either, well that's encouraging.

still no project schedule presume unwilling or incapable of actually putting milestones together and being held accountable to them. just mining fluff.
