Comparing the CXZ shareholder register (Top 200) from the 28th July 2021 to the 24th Nov 2021:

• The #1 shareholder (as of 24-11-21) accumulated 5m units (now holds 72m shares in total = 8.2% of the company)
• The #2 shareholder (as of 24-11-21) accumulated 32.7m units (now holds 53.4m shares in total = 6.1% of the company)

The two largest sellers across that period (28-07 to 24-11) were:

• The #21 shareholder (as of 28-07-21) sold down (sold 5.2m units and has 0.8m units remaining)
• The #25 shareholder (as of 28-07-21) sold down (sold 4.2m units and has 1.25m units remaining)

If you take a look at the 6-month chart, you can see a massive amount of green volume and accumulation (A/D indicator rising) taking place. That's the #1 and #2 shareholders of CXZ scooping up small, lost parcels of shares mostly from bored and impatient retail investors.
