    No execution on growth for the past couple of years, makes it very hard to move the SP up.

    The share buy back created an artificial bottom.

    Even with a MC of only 10 Million, would assume we need to see profits over 1M a year to see any movement up.

    We need to see real movement into new revenue streams. Not sure how this is done.

    On the plus side. Management was responsible and didn't increase expenses drastically chasing a pipe dream.
