Yep that all makes sense, Pilot have been caught out with paying the CH operating and clean up expenses of around 5.5 mill since August 2024.
Caught out with a weak balance sheet at Christmas? it will be very interesting to see what the recap plan is March 5?
Pilot need 100% ownership of CH to keep NOPTA and the Korean Power company happy.
When this falls into place, the market will have a clearer picture of the MWCEP project moving forward!
