"Eureka Energy Limited (?Eureka?, ?Company?) advises that, in response to Eureka?s tracing notice enquiries, the Company has been verbally advised by ASX-Listed AWE Limited (?AWE?) that AWE?s wholly-owned subsidiary Arc Energy Limited currently holds approximately 4.9% of Eureka?s ordinary shares. AWE further advised it has no intention to increase this shareholding."

5% is hardly a blocking holding but maybe enough to worry others. After ADI I don't trust AWE, however if they are interested it will be at a much higher price than todays price. Their tactics probably would be to let EKA prospect their new leases before they decide to go further.
