the very interesting thing about the AWE holding is that it has been deliberately kept at just under 5% even through the last couple of capital raisings and placements. This shows that AWE are wanting to keep their holding just under 5% - now why would they want to do that? Prevent dilution? Doubt it. Poised for a t/o? Maybe. Will they spin out their SL holding and buy EKA at the same time and put it into a new listing? Sounds fanciful but would be a good idea.
