    These are high-achieveing directors...

    . they got an already generous salary increased,
    . got a massive bundle of shares for nicks,
    . got a bonus for raising money, something inscribed in most Directors' job description
    . continue to retain a failed CEO on a generous consulting basis.


    "A great value proposition" indeed...just depends wether you a director or a shareholder.

    I blame the larger shareholders for sitting on thier hands while these mugs continue to survive unscathed!
