So Lockitt, I take it that you're not quite convinced by the 'sovereign risk? no worries mate' line Sipa is peddling regarding Uganda? Apparently it's all very stable and western and modern. Could have fooled me. It's been involved in recent wars with its neighbouring nations, is rated as extremely corrupt, and has a president who appears to want his son to take over the family business of running the country. The rose-coloured glasses being used regarding Uganda are laughable.
