Perharps after the AGM they should release an announcement to let the market know that they are still trying to get the funds and do not know how long it will take and resume trading so that people who want out can do so as will for a couple of days and then go back to suspension again until they get the funds. That way holders can decide if they still want to stick with the co long term.
