Just got back from the AGM, steady as she goes gents.
All resolutions (except no. 2) passed and no spill instigated.
No surprises.
The directors remain up beat and are optimistic that funding will be sought. They also remain committed to maximising shareholder value so it will be interesting to see what kind of funding arrangement they achieve in order to see out the DFS.
