When the share price drifts like this I worry about who is selling and why. I did a little exercise comparing the top 20 holders 2012 v 2013. Was heartend to see very little movement. JP Morgan reduced holdings by approx 2.3m shares, all others have held steady or increased (I assume in line with previous capital raisings). Looks like the majority of large holders are sticking on, so there is still some underlying confidence. I hope they are right.
