This is a very ambiguous statement.

Is it STB portion of cash flow? or total to CMSC?


"Profit" can be gross or nett --- i.e before or after expenses such as salaries etc.

Also, does the word "following" mean CMSC debt will get 1st preference and STB 2nd?
