a buy back could be good but makes liquidity a bit tighter. A capital return would be even better, but i would guess they will hang on to the dough....could be prudent in these times, and the interest helps pay the light bill.
Traded it recently, but have come back, this is a bargain stock, pick up another project while things are grim and hopefully....people will become aware.
Thinking it over....LMR....didnt punt on it, was a bit unsure, and over commited, but yeah, buy back did get a result.....i guess it depends on what their forecasts for expenditure might be
