roti, I agree to the extent that IFM is not a dead duck with the new board. The company seems to have talent (R&D and sales) and a product that may be building momentum.
Even the board may be very good, just not evident from current indicators. After all, didn't I read that an insto encouraged mgt change? Whatever, instos clearly backed the installed board, so let's hope their knowledge led to the right choice.
If there is a "glass half full" side to this story it is that the board is on notice that shareholders have their concerns about their limited knowledge of the industry and minimal financial commitment to the firm.
