Yes the FDA has stuffed up, however the Partial Clinical hold went on in Feb 2016 and they are basically intending to make a response to it a year later. That is reprehensible. We still havent had a comprehensive answer FROM THE COMPANY to the placebo issue in Imagine or a plan on how that will be comprehensively addressed. We have wonderful supporters in the AD,HD and PD communities but for the life of me, I still dont get what the management of the company actually does and how they are systematically working their way out of these issues. We have $33M, surely that buys somebody out of somewhere in healthcare with half a clue.
