The Christmas Yowies are for WalMart only. Others may not be happy, but WM currently comprises 75% of yowie sales.
For a US listing the conditions are:

$1m/day turnover
Breakeven or better
Next year Yowies should be available on-line in Aust.
Looking at Australian manufacturer
The capsule will be different - more like the kinder egg capsule which is cheaper.
