The lack of announcements can be at a request from the retailer and is smart business in my opinion (even though I too would love to see $2+ asap).
No body wants all there customers to think they have something in stock, when in reality it is only a small percentage of there stores. There were plenty of complaints and no shortage of finger pointing when certain Walmart stores were not stocked straight away. After all management aren't in the business of doubling the share price in 1 month, there are in the business of building a multi billion dollar power house.
