But they can't know what will happen first. Better to avoid taking a punt on that or there will be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth if it doesn't precisely happen as they predict.

Also they've vastly improved relevant information on Promontorio and Alacran Teck agreements.
They've gone straight to the issue from a market POV.
