    In all instances, we will seek to meet expectations on timing for outcome. Against this, a higher priority for the board, is long term shareholder value.

    This statement says what is happening at the moment. They are trying to meet expectations on timing but the priority is long term share holder value.
    I see the delays as the company acting in our best interest.
