Cited from another poster regarding new listing rule as per acquisition:
Anyone that got in close to 1c (as per TYK case) has really hit the Jackpot there, as you can't buy in with a MC of less than $15mil in a CR under the new listing rules.
So TYK fully diluted MC is around 2.2m at 0.8c, so in order to pass the bottom line of 15m, The quality assets Bob gonna bring in must good enough to get punters excited so sp could multi and I do believe Sp could surpass 1c before news announced....
I am aiming for baggers so I wait patiently.....
