kcityshuffle - share price is due to the lack of liquidity and the massive holdings of a couple of the shareholders/management team (71% at least).
No brokers and fund managers will touch this company when 91% of the company held by only 20 shareholders and one shareholder holds 67% of the company and can do whatever he wants when he wants. It is a very high risk investment but I'm happy to take the 12% divi. esp. if the share price can maintain current levels. I definitely wouldn't be holding too many of them though.
