Yeah, i didn't know the minutia there - that's a good point. Sounds like something went wrong.
But the investor in this case has got to either back management, or sell their holding.
You'd struggle to find a better Private Equity investor than paul wilson (founder), so if he's buying at 83c (nov 2017), i'm buying as they have better visibility than me on the portfolio.
