There is going to be some lag in SP verse NTA for a while (2 + years) IMHO because there are many smaller shareholders seeing quicker returns elsewhere.
They saw $12.5 m destroyed and they said they 'have learn't their lesson and won't do it again'.
Siteminder is the wild card and they could 'get out of jail' if that one goes as well as they hinted.
