At the AGM Samari indicated he had been part of the recruitment process for the new CEO. So that is a pretty good set up for him to own the outcome and put up with any wrinkles.
But during recruitment you do not see everything - so it will probably be not until this time next year that we will even have an inkling as to how things are travelling. For Samari it is a major change to no longer be part of board level decisions and strategy. Personally I would be surprised if he sticks it out for any serious length of time.
