$ definitely going to be the problem. CR sooner than later. Just unsure who would want to buy into OVR, even at a discount. Also unsure implications of this would be positive for SP. Further dilution.
Am guessing someone walked out of meeting yesterday and sold their holding of almost 2 mill shares?
