Its also informative to look at the company forecast for production costs in the Sept. quarterly report ($2.92m for 57.5% estimated for Dec qtr) and then calculate the opex per bbl. You get a number which is vastly different to the number quoted in this AGM presentation.
The value here appears to be only based on the value of their GAS holding. Why buy TEG when you can buy GAS.
