if you buy TEG you are buying GAS which is valued to TEG at the moment at $20mil so when ORIGIN make a takeover offer that will mean $20mil in TEG'S bank account and that is where the value is, remember GAS was sitting on TEG'S books at a value of zero so not a bad job by management to add value to TEG. not rocket science but some can't see the forest for the trees.
