I spoke with Greg after the meeting and asked him about the stability of management. He was very positive and reassuring about this but I have asked @franky1 to elaborate with a post as he is more knowledgeable. Franky1 was hoping  to get that done

Greg was more than happy for his comments around this to be posted on HC when I asked him.

The little time I had with James and Gillian was also incredibly reasuring. Top professionals!!
James even knew who I was and remememberd the contact we had previously had. Unfortunately our time was limited so I didnt get a chance to spend more time talking to him.

Most definately got the message that the the sharholders best interests were always considered. Patience is still required re the sp but the aim was to make it more stable with a steady increase rather than lots of fluctuations. And yes they do read HC.
