Experienced Security Officer / Crowd Controller Needed
About the business and the role
MCS specialises in the provision of security personnel services to:

• Major commercial assets and retails shopping centres
• Major sporting stadiums, entertainment venues and events

Due to MCS Security Group continued growth, we have a number of positions available for suitably experienced officers.

• Calm and professional approach
• Able to maintain a high standard of conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to deal with a range of enquiries from members of the public
• A flexible and pro-active approach - Each event comprises a variety of job tasks
• Commitment and reliability

Skills and experience
For the position MCS Security have available, we are looking for mature candidates to fulfill the high expectations and demand our clients require.

• Minimum 3 years on the job experience is attractive
• Cert 3 is preferable
• Prior stadium experience is attractive
• Must be computer literate
• Up to date first aid cert
• R.S.A recommended
• Security/Crowd Control Licences (must)
• White card (must)
• Working with children card
• Own transport
• Full working rights
