I well remember the days of Diamond Joe or Yosul as his brethren called him. Always on the phone to Levy Motkin one of his brokers. I was in the same office as Levy but am glad I took a sabbatical from broking when the boom collapsed. I don't think too many were invested in Great Central when it ran from a few cents to over $9. I remember Joe did a deal with Normandy to avoid bankruptcy but I think it all caught up with him in the end. I don't know what has happened to him. DRG has certainly garnered much acreage but hope it does not overextend. I would rather it concentrated on Bellevue and get that up and running if that is the consensus.
