On presentation slides, with proxy votes, all resolutions passed. Closest was 25% against Remuneration report. Be interesting to see final votes.
Glad I have sold most of my shares. FOMO, but will have to cope with that. Like some others, will buy back in if starts to get some concrete income coming in, rather than just deals being announced that have potential but no actual income defined.
Am keen to hear various people’s comments on the meeting. And on LD and the Board’s performance and attitude to SH.
I hope that all Directors were present, either in person or via Skype or similar, or did some just not bother?
