I've skimmed the report, and I'm feeling very confident about BGS overall. However, I can't help but feel that the proposed production commencement date (1H 2020) is a little optimistic. Given the size of the resource, and that other miners have experienced delays in bringing their Li projects online, if BGS comes even close to producing their first Li by 30 June 2020, BGS' share price will go absolutely boonta. Note the charts comparing 2012 announcements of 2016 production vs 2016 actual production and you'll see what I mean.

Perhaps this is another reason why BGS' share price has been a bit subdued as of late? Well, other than the big boys playing games and major holders telling them to join the far queue, that is.
