Market so thin that any half serious trader can have interesting results. Don't think MR is too fussed.
Company of this size (about $25m MC and a dozen employees ) would be more effectively managed as private co.
My remedy - privatise now and revisit the market in 2-3 yrs when the fog has lifted.
Private shareholders are not hard to see - MR and his colleagues plus a PE org - maybe a potential customer or 2.
