agreed Fresh, a nice quote you're highlighted. the best bit of the announcements, I thought.
I also liked the good NPS scores (I'm a bit of a sucker for those), although the chair's comments around competitors activity was a little sobering, though not news. Ie, "Some of our competitors who are owned by Venture Capital and Private Equity funds appear to be pursuing customer growth at any cost." But company says they are doing the right thing, and the strong focus on competing hard, while making money, came thru repeatedly.
