Agree with the above, although bear in mind that if IMF loses the case, there will likely be an adverse cost order against them (not sure if the balance sheet has accounted for this). Although having said that, I think they have taken out an adverse cost insurance policy of some sort so the impact may be mitigated.
IMF is a pretty difficult company to value IMO given the lumpy earnings and unique business model. Would be interested to know what methods people have used to value it.
