Resolution 4 was passed approving the possible issuing of anadditional 10% equity, which Laurence said “was good to have in the back pocket”if acquisitions were being considered. A subsequent request from the floor wasthat if this was to occur, could it be a pro-rata allocation instead of a “normal”SPP, to which I believe Laurence responded that “we’d take that on board”/considerthat.
