when do you think Sam will be honest and say they still do not have final government approvals to construct. as of today the approval for mod 4 of the envirinmental approvals is not granted according to nsw planning website. Mod 4 allows RIP process, increase in limestone, acid & sulphur, making ammonium sulphate a water treatment plant for tails, changes in mining and mine infrastructure etc. Essentially the Cleanteq process plant and mine. Construction of this cannot commence until approved. The presentation seems to indicate all approvals in place, but not so.
