Great we have the tech, but key going forward is raising financing to build S2 / S3. Seems like mission impossible.
Aiming for JV with an offtaker but Jerko has apparently no one yet is interested in investing, only buying our product. But no major off takes. Option 2: raising an amount = to at least 50% of our market cap with only $9m of cash and some ponds as security and no off takes in place (yet) and technology that has not been sold at scale. Would be a massive bet by a bank on our construction risk at merchant Li price currently. Any banks doing deals in Li space yet? Option 3: dilution / cap raise / quasi equity debt.
Just a holder trying to assess what options we have to get this project off the ground?
