Ann: AGM Presentation, page-2

I've had a look through the presentation and I'm generally a little bit disappointed with some sense of positive news.

The highlight was this phrase:

Nanollose has had significant interestfrom major international clothing brandsand super users of cellulose based fibres

The company is currently in discussionswith a number of these groups and isworking towards manufacturing /collaboration agreements

I was disappointed that we are now aiming for between 1 and 5 tonnes production of MC in the next 3-9 months. Previous announcements said we were aiming for 1 tonne per month by the middle of this year and 5 tonnes per month by the end of the year.

I am also a bit disappointed that:

½ Tonne of microbial cellulose currently in stock for development and pilot production

I really assumed we would have far more than that on hand by now.

I think there have been problems with our production facility, although this is just an assumption, and I haven't heard anything.

On the upside, the presentation seems to suggest that we are aiming to have achieved the following by the end of the financial year:

Sign supply agreements with 2 to 4well-known global clothing brands

Would be keen to hear about any questions asked at the AGM.
