The funding delay and the ground cover at Saturn certainly impacted this years program.
Based on Lundin coming onboard I recall they announced a target for the season of ~5000m but only got through 3000m.
That means Lundin didn’t receive bang for back. Both delays are not the fault of PXX and Lundin would understand late starts and ground issues are the nature of mining.
I strongly believe they will protect their interest and continue into next year - this time more organised and with more knowledge.
I was hoping 2019 would see fireworks but looks like 2020 will be a breakout year for PXX.
