The CART method is quite unique as it allows/assists the immune system of one’s self to resist less as it perceives or processes it’s own ‘signature’ if you like, thereby adversity reaction to xeno registry or foreign disactivates or better still activating seeks homeostasis.
Simply, less likely to read a false positive and activate attack on itself.
The collaboration news for PTX to further their current and expand with CART is indeed encouraging (IMO).
