Im just curious as don't really understand fully what is on offer. Presentation seems to suggest at 85 million dollars we are buying 35 million dollars of "stuff" and 50 million dollars of "goodwill"?
can anyone help me understand what falls into the goodwill bracket please. I always thought this reffered to customers that would stay with the rebranded entity but i don't understand how they come with such a huge cost?
