Good to see significant conditional performance indicators put in place which need to be met before share options are earned/awarded to Mgmt/Directors.
What a novel change to the usual token performance achievements that Managements set for themselves.
It would be incredible if this started a trend amongst listed Companies.
But I suppose incredible would be the appropriate word.
