Agree with most of your post. I think the greatest strength of PGC (and it's turnaround is dependent on) will only be realized by driving efficiency out of the acquisitions rather than trying to pile-on with additional acquisitions for the next few years.
They have good revenue coming in but need to look at how to grow that while managing to increase margins. Probably at fair value for now.. need to see how the plan progresses in my view.
