You do realise companies of this size do 3-4 raises a year, so for MYQ to do a raise in January, 2019 and for your next apparent raise to be in March, 2020 ... I'd say that's pretty well done of the company and major props to them for lasting well over a year on one raise don't you reckon? Your downramping has suddenly turned into a major compliment for the company!
