Thanks for the reference Doz. Though that does make my option 3 look like it's on the money. The software does listen in to the message and scores it for spam. My question is, what else does it score it for? As well as listening to your voicemail and deciding it's spamworthiness does it also decide what best advertising should now be pushed towards you based on that message?

Advertising is an announced feature and benefit to anyone wishing to utilise VM. It seems logical that targeted ads could be generated this way. Exactly the same way your Google search or Facebook clicks target you.

No issue with this, it's the way of the world. Is actually smart business. I just hope users are aware.
